Fall is here. My favorite season, because it means the holidays are almost here!
I get a lot of questions about fall and holiday decor and what are the best items to decorate for the holidays... My answer to this is similar to how I design my projects; I like to start with neutral basics and add to them over time. I like to keep a clean palette so that when the holidays approach, you can just add in a few pops of color and holiday elements.
By this, I mean that the things I switch out seasonally would be things like pillows,
throws, maybe art and the florals/ greenery. If most of the items in your home are already cohesive, this is the best way to rearrange and update throughout the seasons. It's also a great way to invest in higher quality items without spending on those seasonal picks that will get thrown out by the next year.

That being said, there are definitely so many ways to incorporate fall items into your space. Again, I like to stay neutral and find items that bring warmth and texture into the home with a subtle pop of color.
